The main activity of the Trade Union Institute of Labor is to enhance the professional knowledge, skills, and abilities of trade union workers and activists, as well as representatives of other parties in social partnership. It prepares them for new work functions through various forms, types, and durations of training; in the areas of legal and social protection, economics and management, labor and employment, trade union building, social partnership, and other fields important for the work of trade unions.
