Location: Kyrgyz Republic, Osh Oblast, Nookat District, Teskey Kozhoke Village.

The Children’s Recreation Center named after A. Chyngaraev has a capacity of 200 beds and has been operating since 1978. The total land area of the center is 1.73 hectares.

The center complex includes three dormitory buildings:

• Dormitory Building No. 1, built in 1978, with 100 beds;
• Dormitory Building No. 2, built in 1980, with 35 beds;
• Dormitory Building No. 3, built in 1985, with 65 beds.
• Dining hall with a capacity of 125 seats;
• Medical station;
• Library;
• Outdoor swimming pool (summer use);
• Sports and dance area;
• Summer kitchen;
• Storage facility (for food and household supplies).
