The Sanatorium-Preventorium “Charbak” has a capacity of 200 beds and has been in operation since 1980. The total land area of the sanatorium is 7.23 hectares.
The sanatorium complex includes:
- Dormitory Building No. 1, built in 1980, with 64 beds;
- Dormitory Building No. 2, built in 1980, with 26 beds;
- Dormitory Building No. 3, built in 1980, with 20 beds;
- Dining hall with a capacity of 100 seats, built in 1980;
- Club, built in 1980;
- Medical building No. 1, built in 1980;
- Sports hall No. 1, built in 1980;
- Administrative building, built in 1980.
Purpose of the Sanatorium-Preventorium “Charbak”
- Physiotherapy room – Sandal treatment for 8 couches;
- Paraffin therapy – 8 couches;
- Electrophoresis – 5 couches;
- Inhalation therapy – 1 room;
- Gynecology – 2 rooms;
- Electrosleep therapy – 5 couches;
- Massage rooms – 2;
- Sports hall;
- Mud therapy – 5 couches;
- Salt baths and salt chamber.
