The Sanatorium “Goluboy Issyk-Kul” is located on the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake, in the city of Cholpon-Ata, 250 km from Bishkek. It is designed to accommodate 1,080 people at the same time and consists of four buildings, with Building 1 operating year-round.

The beach is sandy, with distances from the buildings to the beach ranging from 100 to 600 meters.

Treatment is provided for respiratory diseases, cardiovascular conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, nervous system ailments, and gynecological issues.

Within the sanatorium premises, there is the Cholpon-Ata mud deposit and mineral water springs.
