The Children’s Health Center “Ulan” is located on the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake, in the village of Toru-Aigyr. It features well-maintained green grounds with its own sandy beach along the lake.
To accommodate guests (both children and adults), the center has brick buildings designed to simultaneously host 350 children. On each floor, two groups of 30–36 people can be accommodated for recreation. The children are housed in rooms with 8–9 occupants each, and each group has access to toilet and washrooms.
For the children, the center provides four daily meals—breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, and dinner. It operates only during the summer season. On the premises, there is a sleeping building, summer-type cottages constructed from lightweight materials, a dining hall, a freshwater intake facility with storage capacity, as well as various technical and utility structures.
