The Recreation Center “Teltoru” has a capacity of 300 beds and was built in 1991. The total land area of the center is 8.89 hectares.

On the premises of the Recreation Center “Teltoru”, there are 2 winter dormitory buildings, 2 summer dormitory buildings, and 6 cottages, including:

• Dormitory Building No. 1, built in 1991, with 150 beds;
• Dormitory Building No. 2, built in 1991, with 150 beds.
• Summer Building No. 1, built in 1991, with 50 beds;
• Summer Building No. 2, built in 1991, with 50 beds.
• Cottage No. 1, built in 1991, with 5 beds;
• Cottage No. 2, built in 1991, with 5 beds;
• Cottage No. 3, built in 1991, with 5 beds;
• Cottage No. 4, built in 1991, with 5 beds.
• Dining hall with a capacity of 200 seats;
• Football field;
• Mini football field;
• Basketball court;
• Parking lot with 50 spaces.
